About this role
Job Title:
Co-Founder Level Computer Vision & Windows Developer (25% Profit Share + GitHub Copilot Pro Provided)

About the Product
I’m building a Windows desktop application for people with muscular dystrophy and severe mobility limitations.
The software will allow users to control their computer using:
Eye movements & gaze tracking (webcam-based)
Blink & facial expressions
Voice commands & dictation
The goal:
A complete hands-free control system for users who cannot use a mouse or keyboard.
This is real accessibility tech with real human impact — not a gimmick.
---
Compensation (Read Carefully)
This role has no upfront salary.
Instead, you receive:
➡ 25% of company profits once the product becomes profitable
➡ FREE GitHub Copilot Pro access (paid by us)
This is a founder-style role, not a freelance gig.
If you're looking for quick cash, skip this.
If you want ownership and technical leadership, keep reading.
