Hi! I’m Andréi, the founder of Veamar, a project selling cleaned and personalized oyster shells in the coastal decor niche. I’m searching for a partner to join as a co-founder and drive marketing and sales. If you’re a specialist with experience, full of energy, and looking for a project where your skills turn into real growth, this is for you. Imagine: your structure complements my drive, and together we make 1+1=11, turning Veamar into a global brand.

You’ll handle marketing and sales to make them efficient and steady. Key areas include (for the next 12 months):

  • Develop the website: grow traffic from 3000 to 10–20K monthly visits via SEO, Google Ads, and Google Shopping, and conversion from 0% to 1–5%.
  • Manage Etsy listings: optimize descriptions, photos, and prices to attract clients.
  • Engage with customers: answer queries, collect reviews, offer personalization.
  • Run Instagram and YouTube: create content (posts, Stories, coastal decor videos) and analyze audience growth.
  • Develop products: ideate and test new items, including photography for sales.
  • Use AI: generate photos, videos, and content to streamline tasks.
  • Run A/B tests and analyze data (Google Analytics, Etsy Analytics) to optimize.
  • And much more — in a startup, tasks pop up unexpectedly, but we’ll tackle them together.
